Meditation for Strength & stability.

Start by getting comfortable. Calm he mind. Take a few deep breaths gently in and out and close your eyes.

Decide that today is going to be a lazy day. You're going to escape to the countryside as the weather is glorious. Visualise yourself walking on a well trodden footpath.

After a while you'll come to ancient tree standin proud in a meadow. This tree symbolises strength, endurance and stability. Embrace this timeless tee and feel the life force energy being drawn from the depths of Mother Earth, right up through the tree. Follow this stream of energy thats being released towards the heavens - this will give you an overwheming feeling that you're tapping into the universal consciousness. This experience will awaken a wonderful sense of compassion and wisdom.

Imagine you're resting beneath the branches and the sun's glden rays are filtering through the leaves. You feel relaxed.

When its time to go home, express your gratitude by giving the tree a hug. Retrace your steps along the well trodden path, back to the comfort of your home.

As you come out of this meditation, take a few deep breaths, stretch your arms and legs and open your eyes.
