Meditate with the Angels

This exercise is easy to do at home on your own. Angelic meditation is based around visualising an angel's healing power. As well as calming the mind and developing the spirit, it can help to reassure you that you are not alone, so it's fantastic if you are feeling vulnerable.

1. Lie or sit quietly. Close your eyes, relax your body and slow your breathing.

2. Imaging yourself in a golden pyramid of light and call Archangel Michael's name three times. Then either speak aloud or think the following three times: 'I ask Archangel Michael of the Divine Light to connect with me and fill me with angelic love-light, angelic wisdom and angelic power.'

3. Imagine white light coming through the top of your head, travelling down your body, into your feet and down into the earth, as if growing roots from the bottom of your feet.

4. Let the roots grow deeper, down into a cavern of beautiful crystals, which are all different shapes and colours. Allow the roots to wrap around the crystals of your choice and soak up their energy and healing.

5. Ask Archangel Michael to bless you with healing. Close your hand over your heart, or any place on your body where you need healing. Allow youself to stay in this space for as long as you need (at least 10-15 minutes).

6. When you've finished, call to Arechangel michael again, saying three times: 'I ask Archangelk Michael to stay with me.'

7. Although the pyramid will begin to disappear, ask Archangel Michael to stay with you for as long as you need him, and the golden light will remain within and around you for the amount of time that you need it.

8. Thank Archangel Michael, then allow your concentration to return to your breath.
